Also we got a letter about the sanction and we travelled abroad that time … now they say we are into 10 yr free service queue again … we already waited 7 years for this connection … we are from coimbatore south

I created this thread in 2015, almost 10 years ago. So, those link may not work. My suggestion would be go for Tatkal scheme. I converted my free service to Tatkal and got 7.5 HP connection after payment of about 1.5 to 2 years.
It is a paid scheme yes … they asked us to pay the amount in the letter , we didn’t get that letter … my parents made an international travel during which the letter came and it was missed … now they say again go into queue … it doesn’t seem fair after waiting for 7 years …

Free EB agriculture connection in confirmation letter received from EB on 2008…but my father missing the letter multiple times check with eb but they not responding for without letter not processed with further.
Afternoon some we have got the letters agent we checking within local eb office they’re told this letter expired…
