Assuming you have a sale deed(7/12) of your agricultural plot you can apply for Farmers certificate on aaple sarkar portal if you have land in maharashtra.

I had agricultural land in Maharashtra. I sold the land 5 years ago. Presently I do not have any agricultural land in my name. Do I still have farmer status and can I buy agricultural land in Maharashtra based on my past record?
