Hi

Near my farm, i have issue with Wild pigs during night time.

What are the crops can be grown safely in wild pig area.

Paddy?
Ginger?
Turmeric?
Janumu?
Grains?

you can grow nothing where wild pigs attack. They will uproot every thing unless strong obstruction is created.Strong group of dogs can be used to protect crops from their attacks.Once menace is checked,you can grow any thing strong e.g. orchard,teak trees,moringa etc.Small term crops are no no.

Why do want to cultivate based on Wild pigs. Have a electric fence around your farm and cultivate the profitable crops.

Since the problem stated is of wild pigs, the land might be surrounded by forest area. If thats the case one probably has to get NoC for electric fencing from the Forest Dept.
