Weeds - the troubled species between nature and HUMAN-culture / AGRI-culture / GREED-culture , are no longer considered as unwanted plant species . Some stupid AC cubicle siting agro scientist advices weed removal , de-weeding , herbicide application to kill weeds . Weeds actually indicate the health of your soil - drainage, acidity, salinity, fertility etc. without any soil test . With weeds clue about your soil condition either you can amend the soil as per your requirement or ignore it and experience major complications in future . So before weed removal , study thee soil through weed growth and change weed growth pattern .
I have suggestion for weed removal which I have been practicing for several years now. White vinegar or acetic acid is very effective. The ratio is one litre of white vinegar in three litres of water. Spray it when it’s sunny. You will see the weeds turn yellow and then to brown.

Why the need to remove the weeds? If you have any goat grazers nearby, ask them to keep their goats in the weedy areas (and of course pay them for their service). This will remove the weeds.
Are you going to do any other farming activity after the weed is removed? If not, the weeds will come back.
Thanks for the suggestion… Have small doubt, will it not spoil the soil…in the long run… secondly will these weeds come back again… or it is permanent…
Tried calling you, Not reachable, My no is 9845058954… If possible, request you to call me… Thanks
Thanks friends for good inputs… Much appreciated…
Generally for Weed removal several are using “Weedicide indiscreminately.” But it spoil the Fertility of Land as well as is is injurious to Human Health. Because of this reason several Advnced Countries have Banned using of Weedicide Glyphosate(GLYCIL), 2-4D Ethyl Ester , Pendimethalin, Atrazine etc. But its
results are Temporary and Not Perminent.
Actually there is a Proverb that “ONE YEAR SEEDING IS SEVEN YEARS WEEDING”
Hence Weeding wth Labour is very expensive. Instead of that I am suggesting some methods weedout the Land in a Natural way.
I need to make a Visit to your Farm before suggesting Permanent weeding Gradully in 2-3 Years Permanently.
Please contact us for further details with the location of your Land.

No, it will not harm the soil. The weed will reappear in the next season.
Weed control is a difficult/big topic in a farm management in general
Few tips from my side with my experience
“I have temperature, give me a medicine”. A very simple question and obviously the simple answers lack effectiveness and permanance!
Weeds are nature’s way to protect land, plants know when to suppress and what to suppress. In the first place, you need to tell what you want to grow in that land. Short crops like paddy, cereals etc or annual or medium crops like banana, sugarcane etc or planning to grow perennial plants like mango, coconut etc. Each crop has its own requirement of weeds.
Use a mix of most normally available seeds like paddy, legumes, flowers etc to cover your field which will naturally suppress weeds. After about 6-8 weeks either till or cut and leave them on ground. This will fix nitrogen and other nutrients in soil and act as a mulch suppressing further weed growth. Do this 3-4 times a year.
Follow regenerative practices, don’t till, just run a heavy wooden plank or log over these plants, even using a two wheeler and allow it to decompose. You an also use waste decomposer inoculation which costs about a 100 rupees, to fasten the process and increase the biomass of soil. This will increase your soil carbon as well, which in turn improves the nutrition absorption by the plants.
Never use chemicals and pesticides, it will damage the soil, entire eco systemand the earth including the milk taken by babies. Live and let live.
Try to learn about regenerative farming methods and people are producing 10-25% higher returns with no costs of tilling, fertilizer and pesticides.
