We are new to farming , recently planted few coconuts and fruit trees - with the first few rains of monsoon - the entire farmland is now quickly covering with tall grass and getting difficult to manage it with hand tools . can brush cutters be solutions ? Thanks in Advance !

Hi, i am facing similar issues. Every year spending to get labourers remove the weeds.
Have tried weedicide etc… but no use… brush cutter once used promoted weeds growth dont know ehy that happened
Brush cutters should do the job, though you will need to repeat the cutting as the weeds grow back.
Did you consider cattle grazing between the trees?

Use a Brush cutter every month. Also just around the plant about 2 -3 feet circumference, get a manual labour to clean it and do some mulching with dry leaves and other plant waste, which will prevent weeds from growing faster.
Even better plant green fodder plants which will largely control weeds, and can be used as manure later
