I am unable to identify the problem, but first indication from searching online is that plants are having Viral disease, I never faced such issue earlier. (around 200 plants are affected)
can anyone help me in identifying the problem or suggest remedies?

Looks like BBTV. Bunchy top. I can only guess this. ACT TODAY. To find out you have to take help of nearest horticulture dept.
If you delay whole plot will get affected. There is no cure for this. you can stop from spreading.
I will pray my guess go wrong
