Seeds are available in most agro/fertiliser shops. you will have to locate APMC or RMC yard or wholesale vegetable market, usually all shops will be located in surrounding areas.

“time of cultivation” do you mean to say duration of crop or season of crop.

Usually duration will be 120 days to 150 days except few vegetables like radish which will be 50-65 days.

You can grow vegatbles in all seasons but yield varies.
