Question on transformer and drip pipes

Folks, I am back with few doubts.

We recently designed and put main pipelines by getting trenches dug. The jcb although used a small bucket made 2 feet deep trenches. We have installed the pipelines and raisers. Question now is, can anyone clarify if there will be additional load on the pipelines when we close the trenches?? Meaning already our land is very slopy and our pump did send water all the way high. We were uncertain if our pump could send it that high. But the pressure did work…we haven’t yet closed the trenches. So now we are worried if we need to make the pipes little higher and not so deep (2ft?). Can anyone plz clarify.

Second question is we applied for a transformer for our land and within a month or so, we will get it. Now, what is the best place to get it installed? Should we do it inside our land or somewhere outside. Since we want to get the land fenced soon, if other people want to use the same transformer for illegal or legal connections, is it safe to get it placed outside or inside is better to have less voltage drops.

Can someone help clarify.

Hi,You can close the trenches, actually it is better idea to protect pipeline from weather conditions like extreme heat or cold ,it will not impact any pressure differences.
Better you have your transformer in your land at accessible location for further maintenance

Better to close the trench at that deep, as testing is completed. The pipes will be safe when it is closed.

Installing your dedicated transformer inside your farm premises, on internal road access, that too at a central point to all the motars is the best.

We had the transformer installed inside our farm. The placement of it is at the edge if the property. The risk of it being knocked over by passing tractor etc. is low to none. If there is spare capacity in the transformer, Electricity board will take it from your transformer.
