Preferred bank for Commercial Dairy Farm Funding?

hi,

Based on your experience and knowledge, which is a good bank to approach for funding for a commercial dairy farm.
Nationalised, Co-op, Scheduled banks, NABARD, etc ? Even Bank names and contacts would be very helpful.

Which is easy to work with and who are informed and helpful in funding an agriculture project like commercial dairy.
