We need power capacity of 90 HP to run our polyhouse. Would a HT line be needed for this in Tamil Nadu ? What would be the unit rate of electricity charges?

HT connections are from 112kVA onwards. one HP is approx 0.746 kVA. so no, you do not need a HT connection.
