One must be CRAZY TO BUY GM Diary animals like Jersey, Holstein, HF etc

Sad part is that… the “honey-trap” for the blind-virgin diary entrepreneurs like us begins with the “SUBSIDY”

to get SUBSIDY… you need BANK LOAN…to get loan you need to approach Bank… Bank will ask you to get the application sponsored/approved by the concerned veterinary officer of your block… who will prepare your Business Plan. Getting your business plan prepared/approved by ANYBODY in the Government staff is NEVER a good idea… UNLESS he himself has a successful Diary Farm.

all of us know a blind-virgin-diary-entrepreneur when we see him asking for “Which breed gives 25ltr milk?”… and to be honest all of us… at some point in time… got interested in Diary farming by this very 25ltr or more milk magic number. And followed the deal closure “there is money in diary farming… after all…cow gives money from front and from back”… when from front half nothing comes out… only goes in… and the output is in the back half of the cow… yeah we all fall for the statement…lol

With the Dung other than Dung cakes, Fertiliser bottles, Biogas baloons can also be considered a good source of Income especially if one is careful to use less or waste less electricity in diary farming like avoiding electricity driven hydroponics etc. Biogas can include all kinds of waste like animal s-hit, human s-hit & any biodegradable waste like garbage or processed diary or processed animal waste.

Biogas in baloons: bbc.com/news/business-33972995

environmentalengineering.in/Biogas.htm says :
100 cows will give/day 1000/Kg of cow dung, this in a bio digester will yield about 40 M3 of Gobar gas. After removing impurities such as CO2, Sulphur, Moisture etc will yield about 20M3 or 17Kg of pure methane gas. (This is more than 1 cylinder of LPG Gas every day free of cost. In 30 days one will have 30 cylinders! If one is using other combined waste materials and Desi cow I presume one could achieve this target with only 50 cow).

"We sell purified biogas at Rs 72 per kilo, whereas LPG costs Rs 92 per kilo. Each cylinder will contain 12 kilo biogas which means it costs `200 less than the regular LPG cylinders,” Anand claimed. (Rs 72 x 12 Kg = Rs 864 per cylinder).

Raw (unpure) 60% methane biogas can be sold at Rs between Rs 20 to 45 per kg.

Siya Instruments P Ltd, a manufacturer, exporter and supplier of biogas generators, biogas flow meters, biogas analysers and hydrogen sulphide scrubbers, offers a Biogas Storage Balloon, which is collapsible and intermediate storage tank for biogas prior to the application or generation. The biogas storage balloon is made of high tenacity polyamide fabric, which is coated with compatible polymer on the inside and with hypalon outside for the sake of weather abrasion and UV resistance. The maximum pressure of the biogas inside the balloon is 150 mmWC and high pressure designs are custom made on request. The balloon does not need tools and could be simply connected to the plant. The biogas storage balloons are manufactured from 0.25 m3 capacity onwards to any size. The light weight body could be hung below the ceiling and is hence space saving. It is also corrosion free. The company also offers Hydrogen Sulphide Scrubber, Biogas Analyser, Biogas Flow Meter, Biogas Generator etc.

Curds (Yogurt) selling at Rs 110 per kg & Paneer selling at Rs 79 for 200 gm… both need equivalent amount of milk 1Ltr.

IITian’s research into Desi Cow:
youtube.com/watch?v=NG9L9q7AWNM

180 Gir cows in 7 acres of grass and no extra feed…Which means that in 1 Acre of grass land one can have 25 Gir Cows which makes THIS SOME KIND OF RECORD…and this organic grass grows back to be harvested in 20 days… free fodder for life. And add to it Gir cows giving more than 15 to 20 ltrs of milk…

Please no other kind of feed is required as per the person in the video… which he has explained would increase the heat within the animal…

One more video to show why cross breed cows are not profitable… unfortunately this video should have been made in India… but this is made in Brazil who love Indian cattle more than we Indians. Brazil did not have any vedas and shastras pointing and underlining to them the importance of cow, how to breed, graze, milk, what not to do with milk, how to preserve milk properties by ghee… but they had the common sense and wisdom.

Indian cow breed is a fantastic machine to turn grass into milk and beef. Zebu’s stomach is very small while other breeds have very large stomach. In the below video you will see that these cows do not have even a single rope on their nose, neck or mouth and their ears are not pierced with insurance tags.

Brazilian farmers are much more than just diary farmers… they are agriculture producers, beef producers and also milk producers… all three. Brazilians claim with pride that there is nothing healthier on the planet than their beef and milk.

They vouch that Nellore breed eats the least but develops the more beef. At 11:55 you have the guy clearly spelling out that Cross Breed cattle is not economically viable and how they are better off with Indian Cattle.

At 16:24 the guy tells us that there is less need for Ectoparacides, Deworming medicines and antibiotics which also saves time and money.

It was not easy for them to get the Indian (Zebu) breed into their country as it was banned and all of the cattle were to be slaughtered on arrival. So they smuggled it to Brazil via smaller boats and even airplane. We have to be grateful for them for not only saving our breed but when we were busy slaughtering them and making them extinct but also for showing us how to feed them.
