The soil I would like to grow on has too much nitrogen. What would be the best crop to grow, which will utilize the excess nitrogen?
Hi there excess nitrogen of leads to more foliage than fruit - I’m thinking brassicas like broccoli, kale, squashes and pumpkins, and corn loves nitrogen - however you will need to keep them well watered.
