Need input on how to use a good cattle shed for alternate farming

Hello Folks

I have a farm in Ramanagar district of Karnataka, at 60 KMs from Bangalore. We used to do dairy farming, with Gir and sahiwal cows. about a year back, we shut it down, as the scale was not manageable for us. We have created a permanent shed of 50X30 feet, with stone flooring. Want to understand, what else we can do to utilize the space optimally.
I am not keen to lease out the space. We do have the following which can also be leveraged

  1. Malnad gidda cows - 5 Nos
  2. Electricity
  3. Water is sufficient, with a own borewell
  4. We do have 2 very good labour sheds, which are currently not occupied, as the local villager is taking care of the shed.

Whole of the farm is planted with Coconut, Areca, Cocoa, Banana and fruit trees. So there is sufficient biomass generated.
Over the last 10 years we have not used any fertilizers or pesticides. Mostly Cow dung manure is what is fed to the plants.

Objective: To make this land commercially viable with minimum inputs, and some income on a ongoing basis
