I need Agriculture Land 20 Acre, with Water Source, for long LEASE up to 10 years to do Dairy and Organic Farming more like Integrated farming in Surroundings of /Outskirts of Hyderabad in Telangana State. As per new contract farming draft 2018 ,amendment in 2020 , states a shorter contract period would enable farmers to escape exploitation by the firms. So no one will lease you agricultural lands for long time contracts …renewable every year …Farmers own stakeholders business entity viz. FPO/ Farmers Co-operative Limited etc. are only eligible for long time contracts . Contract farming requires registration with the **Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (APMC) in few states. This means that contractual agreements are recorded with the APMCs which can also resolve disputes arising out of these contracts.
