There are five components for a successful agri-tourism success - First a legal business entity ( Proprietary , LLP , Pvt. Ltd , NGO , Society etc. ) Location advantage, Customer satisfaction, Resource management, Promotion and publicity and
Government Supports and Accessibility .
Your GEO location seems to be a hilly terrain ? Have you done any soil health card or sub and top soil test ? Without soil test your commercial orchard may survive and get you an yield but what about marketing the fresh produce ? All crops are highly perishable . Without a legal business entity no one will be interested to invest in your private property .
In the current global economical crisis scenario ( shrinkflation ) agri-tourism may not be a viable business initiative .
You could have start commercial Pandan cultivation ( Pandanus amaryllifolius ) commonly known as Annapurna Patra / Basmati Patro plant is Odia .
Pandan leaf extract could have been a monopoly product in the domestic food market place .
