Sir , Do you have GST / MSME , then you are eligible to start mushroom commercial culture under Central govt scheme -MIDH Suraksha portal .
But once the project implemented , then most of the mushroom farmers face most some general issues - Short Shelf Life , Seasonal demand fluctuation , B2B price Fluctuation and Third Party Marketing dependency .
I would suggest you first get some real time / practical experience of marketing experience form third party sourced mushroom ( Fresh , Canned , Dried etc. )
We are also starting wild edible forest mushroom’s species tissue culture based spawn development and commercial culture once our research is successful
By that time you can acquire some first hand experience of wild edible forest mushroom products marketing at high end HoReCa segment with low investment .
All, our wild edible mushroom’s species value added products ( Brine water preservation , Lactariid Bacteria fermentation , Hot Air dried etc. ) are manufactured under MOU with IIT Kharagpur ( Food Science Faculty ) for NF / Lab test Report etc.
