Moringa/sahajan/Drumstick plants dying/wilting

Crop: Moringa, sahajan, drumstick
Variety: odc 3 and pkm2 both

Location: Abu road, Rajasthan
Climate: Rainy, but now rain was stopped and sunny weather for more then week
Possible cause: may be root disease

I have started moringa farming just before 4 months. But now some of my Moringa plants are suddenly started dying or wilting. I don’t have any idea how to handle this. I am terrifying that my crop of Moringa will be dyeing. One more noticeable thing is on the same pit one plant is dying and one is unaffected didn’t understand how to deal with this please some one help who has experienced in moringa farming or wilting /root rot disease. Small and big both plants have this disease.


Plant growth looks very good for its age. May be with excess moisture with rains. Look for ill drained condition (slushy soil) and provide drains… Drench with Redomil solution @ 0.5 g / litre of water at least 10 Liters solution per plant

Carbandazim 1gm/lit + imedia 0.4ml/lit apply near root zone 10 to 20lit repeat 5th day
