Moringa irrigation pattern

I have planted moringa tree and the distance between 2 rows is 10 feet, i am using ferrow irrigation but it is causing root rot disease in the plants. Now i planned of creating a ferrow in the centre of the row approx 5 feet from both the rows for watering the plants will it be ok. or shall i make ferrow at 3 feet distance from the plants .

due to this the soil near by plant will be moisture less on top is this a problem.

Please suggest what to do.

What is the current age of the moringa plant? If the moringa plant has matured, you can create a trench in the middle of the rows (1.5 ft width and 3/4 ft depth) and use this trench for watering, manuring etc.

Let me know if you have any doubts.

trees are 1 year old and in fruiting stage.

I think it is best to give trenches at 1.5 ft to 2 ft distance from the tree on either side. As suggested by padmanabhangaru, trench should be 1.5 ft wide n 1ft deep.
