Hello everyone we are having a diary farm nearer to hyderabad (150 kms). We are selling pure buffalo milk at 70-80rs to local diaries but the amount is not sufficient for maintaince of farm & labour expensive.so plz anyone suggest me any idea to do milk distribution in hyderabad and need some people who can buy large quantity of milk.Plz any one guide me tqq all.

You can try making Mozzarella out of buffalo milk which has good demand.

Sir , Milk procurement rates are decided by Fat & SNF ( Milk Soilds not Fat ) %
Buffalo milk consists of Fat % ( 6-7 ) and SNF ( 8-9 )
Based of the Fat & SNF %( Milk Solids Not Fat ) buffalo milk rates are calculated . For example Amul farm gate procurement rate for Buffalo Milk is Rs 865/ Kg Fat ( with effect from June 2025 )
Fat % / 100 X Qty of Milk X Fat Price = 60.55
Farm Gate price of Buffalo milk (Rs/litre) = Rs 60.55
Whereas you are getting 70-80 /Lts much higher than farm gate procurement rate .
You have streamline forward linkage through value addition , most easiest one is CONDENSE MILK
