We are starting a new dairy farm which is just 35kms from gachibowli and are currently looking for leads or resources to supply fresh milk in bulk or on a daily basis - whether to households, hostels, cafes or local businesses

Competition is high when it comes to dairy business , unless you have A2 or Indigenous Breed cattle farm . The gross margins in dairy is very low more challenging to incur new expenses and maintain profitability unless you have some additional revenue generation components in your farm - CBG ( Compressed Bio Gas ) Vermicomposting , Solar Power generation and reselling to Govt through net metering , Fodder cultivation and Silage production to reduce the cost etc. . Other alternative is to get into manufacturing slightly high end , artisan dairy products inhouse and sell D2C consumers through online marketplace or IT / Corporate Canteen / Cafeteria etc. Artisans dairy products viz.
