Mango Plant disease - please advise

Our orchard recently observed with the below quoted link disease…

to rectify/ cure the disease we sprayed two days back the following fertilizers

  1. Micnelf MS-32 5ml per litre
  2. Nelfmel 5ml per ltr
  3. Lamda Sahelo Pherin - 1ml per litre and
  4. Blitox (Copper Oxi Cloride) - 3gm per litre

we are not sure whether we applied right fertilisers… pls advice

Can one of the experts on the forum comment on this, I too have experinece this in my farm.
