Agriculture land market price in Hyderabad is 30 L /acre ??? No idea if it’s real market value or exaggerated by the land mafias - so called Builder / Promoter , Real Estate people . Unbelievable !? In West Bengal , Odisha , Assam , North-east 5-7 L / Acre . With 30 L paid up capital we can start a company 3.0 CR valuation and buy lands in other states 30 acres of land for commercial agriculture and agro industries purpose .
