Looking for Investor - Saffron Farming Project

I am setting up an Indoor Saffron Farming at my home terrace with an investment of 25 Lakhs at a space of 20x21.

The loan application process is underway to be submitted under PMEGP (Pradhan Mantri Employment Guarantee Program) but the cut off time to setup the project is 20th August as the Saffron cultivation happens between September to November and flower harvesting to be done by first week of December.

Hence I am looking for an investor who can invest 50% of the project cost. The investment will be returned as soon as the loan is approved and we can discuss the profit sharing terms and duration and can come to a legal agreement if discussion output is positive.

Since ur doing indoor cultivation,I don’t think time for planting matters, bcoz u can create suitable condition for the growth

How much Saffron had you purchased or consumed in a year ? Evaluate as an consumer first ! In the current shrinkflation market scenario , commercial HoReCa segment switched to American Kesar or Safflower petals for natural coloring . Spice export market is also volatile ! ???
