Land suitability around Sira, Tumkur, Karnataka?

Hi,
i would like to know how the lands in and around Sira, Tumkur, Karnataka. i mean annual rain fall, water availability. what type of trees, crop can be grown and type of soil. since i came to know the lands available around sira is cheap. Anybody knowing about all the above mentioned factors pls let me know.

Yes you are right, comparing to other locations, Sira area is good in terms of rates, soil quality, water source to grow what ever crops you intended.

Do you have any indicative prices @ Sira ? I am told now due to demand, even there the prices have gone up very high.
