For Cut Rose cultivation under Poly house, Nominative cost of Project is Rs.40, 00000/- per Acre. Net profit per Acre per year is around Rs.6 lakhs (for domestics market).
For Gerbera cultivation under Poly house, Nominative cost of Project is Rs.47, 00000/- per Acre. Net profit per Acre per year is around Rs.8 lakhs (for domestics market).
For Carnation cultivation under Poly house, Nominative cost of Project is Rs.50, 00000/- per Acre. Net profit per Acre per year is around Rs.8 lakhs (for domestic market).
The Colored Capsicum cultivation under Poly house, Nominative cost of Project will be around Rs.35 lakhs per acre). Net profit per Acre per year is around Rs.7 lakhs (for domestic market).
The Nominative cost of Project includes following

.We should not just start any plantation project as per our wish. We have to make survey regarding suitability of land, water, availability of manpower, climatic conditions, environmental conditions, adoptability of any crop to the present conditions at our site, availability of Transportation facilities, access to Market etc.
The charges for first visit will be Rs.15, 000/- + traveling expenses from Pune, Maharastra to Project site + expenses towards stay & food. If the Project will be carried out, then this Rs.15, 000/- will be adjusted against first installment of Professional fees, otherwise will be treated as first visit fee.

Bagalkot soils are best suited for grapes. As you have irrigation facility you can grow various varieties of grapes for export and domestic markets and as well for wine making. Otherwise banana can fetch equally good returns and you can try on few acres. Floriculture for domestic market is a good option. It all depends on the money that you can invest and the availability of human resources are important for taking any decission on proper utilization of land.
