Cons : Huge labour dependency which most of the timr causes loss.
Sheep are very prone to diseases and have higher mortality ( Specially during rainy season )when compared to goats

Animal Husbandry Department of India is launched a scheme funding support to conserve the native livestock breeds of India ( Sheep , Goat , Cow , Chicken etc ) , Value addition projects , Cattle fodder cultivation an silage processing etc. So I think think you can network backward linkage in India to buyback byproducts and forward linkage to redistribute in your current residential country Switzerland .
