Unless one or owner be in the dairy farm from scratch to deliver of product initial days it will not be successfull. Rest all business is complete different from Dairy farming

Dairy farming is a really profitable business. I am consulting dairy farms in India and the farms are running successfully.
Dairy farm business is a labour oriented so the farm owner has to supervise all the activities either by himself or a farm manager for proper care and management of the animals.

Ofcourse Dairy farming is a good biz. But few follow ups before starting.

  • Location
  • How many no of cows and breed type
  • Water facility and feed is more important
  • Type of feeding
  • Manure management
  • Feed planning
  • Labour with veterinary doctor checking the cow health regularly
