We are looking for 5–20 acres of open agricultural land or an existing Polyhouse / Shade-Net Farm within 40 km of Hyderabad for organic farming, hydroponics, and soilless cultivation.

Preferred Facilities:

Lease Requirement:

Minimum lease period: 5 years

sir , not possible ..we have contract agriculture lands in and around Hyderabad for cattle fodder ( Para Grass or Buffalo grass ( Urochloa mutica ) cultivation with borewell irrigation facility ..40K /annum ..so your target rate is not viable for entire Telangana …and owners will go eucalyptus plantation …much higher return in 4 yrs ..
With local manpower daily wage , crop harvesting and loading it’s costing Rs 10 K per month or 1.20 / Annum
