Hibiscus white pests

Hello Sir,

I am having problem with my garden Hibiscus and other ornamental flowers . They have white pests and damage the whole stem and leaves . After a while the whole plant dries up . Is there anyway I can overcome this problem .

I apply panchgavya and some organic pesticides . I have small kids at home so I am using organic fertilisers.

Please Spray Monocrotophose + Dimethoate at 2 to 2.5 Ml/Liter at 10 Days inter well 3 times.

It will definitely control the Problem.
