Sir , buy back model is no longer viable , so non-existing concept in the current economical crisis scenario, characterized by market swings and global uncertainties, adopting a self-supportive approach is essential for successful agriculture , medicinal plant cultivation or livestock , aquaculture…single piece land with borewell is your advantage and equity …so delete all those bygone concepts and start a model project with govt funding scheme support or with own investment .

Sir , is there any Eklavya Model Residential School ( EMRS ) in and around your location . If yes then you can apply for " Poshan Vatika garden project under National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB)" Poshan Vatika- is a pilot project by Ministry of Ayush & National Medicinal Plants Board growing minimum 30-100 species of fruits to provide nutritional support to school going children . 100 sq mt of land to 2 acre land will be sponsored by local Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) governing body under Ministry of Ayush and NMPB . For 100 sq mt project Rs 7 lakh will be given in 3 yearly installments . Eligibility for the project is Govt. Organizations & Non-Government Organizations / Voluntary Organizations .
