Sir , for any micro , local trading activities -
A Trade License is the primary business entity document, which can be procured from local Municipality / Panchayat portal either in your own proposed physical store premise or rental premise . Trade License is renewable in every 3 yrs .
Foscos ( FSSAI ) license is required if you are operating a small primary food processing business ( home made food . snacks , juice etc. ) along with your trading activities . Foscos license is also can be procured from online FSSAI portal . Foscos is renewable in every year
GST , MSME , Current Bank Account etc are required if you are projecting your micro trading activity as a brand in future and penetrating to bigger marketplace or tie-up with other business partners for a joint venture of distribution , manufacturing , shipment etc.
A legal business entity always makes a positive impacts and makes all the difference in the long run ..for quick buck ..nothing is required
Thank you for your response . I also have another doubt , is there any way ( books /articles / blogs ) which i can read and take info from on how to “year project plan for 1 acre of farm land what to grow and harvest and timline and estimated cost” i tried creating my own however i am not able to do it properrly . my region/ farming land has hottest summers and is located within near coal mines and NTPC . And ground water is very salty . Is there any project report / template from which i can read and create a paln for my small scall low investment farming project ?
Sir , there is no such "One Size Fits All " man made theory in the plants lifecycle .
The way every single dead or alive person’s fingerprint is different -
every single sand particle or is different
every single massive galaxy is different in shape and size …
so are every plants agro-climatic conditions , growth , blooming , fruiting are different.
A plant can not survive with it’s own ; they need underground and environmental companions to survive and grow . Underground soil hosts a vast, complex ecosystem of microbial organisms—including bacteria, fungi, archaea, protozoa, and viruses are crucial for soil health, nutrient cycling, and plant growth, and yield .
A single teaspoon of healthy soil can contain over a billion bacterial cells..! If you can mange those billion cells alive in the underground soil , plants outcome will be remarkable , but poor underground soil and poor environmental components - worst outcome !
Just soil your own hands and start observing and communicating with plants …they will teach you their own language to interact … With trial and error method you will discover an unseen , unthread world of Co-existence of Plants , Pests , Animals , Birds …
that depends on which state you are in, some states allow farmers to directly sell their produce, some states donot, which new farmers who are not from farmers family does not know, the frustration is very common, but being educated there are many other ways ( legal ways ) to sell your produce just google or ask AI
You cannot make profit if you try to bring to city to sell… unless you produce the diesel for the truck yourself.. Every shop in the city pays hafta to hijras… then babas… then beggars… then Municipality has various rules… each state has its own rules… first of all FARMERS CANNOT SELL TO PUBLIC… you have to sell to Mandi… this rule would have been broken with one of the 3 farm laws which Modi was trying to bring along with Rule to allow ADANI in Farmer Market… certain states no not debar it because it is such a stupid law and farmers sell… Then there was a law which says you cannot sell AGRICULTURE PRODUCE in SHOPS… unless you buy it from MANDI… most of the street vendors buy from Mandi… better try to get people to visit your farm and buy from you directly… use social media app to increase reach.
