Hello everyone. I am earthian from AHmedabad, Gujarat. I was an avid travellor and used to drive around 4000 kms yearly on trips I drove to Uttrakhand and HP from AHmadabad with my wife during 2019 and 2020 and had a stroke in 2020 and again in 2023 My left hand fingers are still not adapt enough and hence MODS forgive me for any spelling and syntax errors. Dont want to spoil your forum but I cannot drive any more (hopefully for the time being) and have taken up gardening. I have a ! acre plot on the outskirts of ahmedabaD where there are a couple of Mango trees, some CHCKOO TREES, some INDIAN GOOSEBERRY ( AMLA) TREES AND RECENTLY I have added 3 papaya trees, a couple of JAMPHAL TREES
I just reviwed my post and realised that I have not specified what help I want. LOL
Its monsoon now and I WOULD LIKE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT FRUIT TREES?SHRUBS I CAN ADD taking into account the weather in Ahmedabad
Ok, based on Ahmedabad I would suggest not to go for Cocoa, breadfruit.
Still searching but I think Yellow Nance Fruit, Blackberry Jam Fruit, Bangkok Red Jackfruit, Sweet Ambarella (June Plum), Achachairu, Malabar Tamarind will do well there provided you dont plant it in water logged location as that can cause root rot. Red Hybrid Jaboticaba is recommended to be grown in a container.
I am suggesting outside indian fruits as you would already be aware of what indian fruits you can grow there. Also I would like to ask you to research them all from your end before going for them.

You can try Foliages.in , they provide grafted plants from Keyfarm Wayanad and Veliyath Gardens, both provide good grafted fruit plants.. some maybe seedlings.
My friend did refer me to plant Manila tamarind as it is a natural nitrogen fixer and provide good fruits too
