some time ago i had posted a query on private land survey. got quite a few leads. so a big thanks to you all and the forum.
in the process i was made aware that since my last govt survey was 25 years ago, i need to have a new govt survey made again, as per current rules. What i would like to know is whether this is true?
also in order to do a govt survey, how should i start out. I tried the govt e-mojini thing online, but the site does not work! Do i visit the local talathi?
my land is located 30 kms interior from Kamshet, maharashtra.
any advise would be appreciated.
