FRUIT RIPENING ROOMS for BANANA, PAPAYA, MANGO, LEAMON, ORANGE Etc

For the benefit of all those who are planning to install fruit ripening rooms:

Fruits here are: Banana, Mango, papaya, Orange, Leamon etc

Target: Scientific Procedure for Ripening

Requirements For Quality Product:

Ethylene gas in the air around fruits
Varying dosage levels from 50 ppm to 150 ppm
This triggers ripening process inn fruits

Equipment to be used: Catalytic Ethylene Generator using commercial denatured Ethanol
OR Metering equipment from a ethylene cylinder

Suitable temperature
eg for Banana a temperature in the range of 14 to 18 deg C is most suitable

Equipment: Refrigeration MAchine

High RH in the air more than 90% [Else you have that dry and dull skinned banana due to dehydration from banana]

Equipment: Non heater type humidifier
Most suitable piezo electric type atomizer

Carbon Dioxide % in the room not to exceed 1%
{ Else you have quality issues with fruits/banana]

Equipment: Most easy ; Carbon diaoxide sensor based fan operation to infiltrate fresh air and exhaust high carbon dioxide air from room

Really interesting, You many fruits especially mangoes for ripenin carbide is using it is too dangerous. by this chamber we can enjoy mangoes with minimum risk in near future. Plse let me know the price of system, capacity etc. so that i can recommend for any one involved in export,
