After my first successful paddy cultivation, I’m looking to optimize my sales strategy. Current market offers for raw paddy are lower than expected. With 15 quintals in hand and the ability to manage storage and milling myself, I’m pivoting toward selling processed rice to capture a higher margin. Looking for input from those experienced in farm-to-consumer routes. I stay in an apartment with 1500 houses. How can I possibly sell it to them wth premium value

Great achievement in paddy, create a video on the farming methods applied. Post in your clubhouse / nearby stores on weekends. 1st you set a price before you play the add.
