What is the Lease price per year? If it is secret less people will be interested. If you are willing to mention it then more people will be interested.

The lease terms are flexible, but expecting to get around 1.5 lac/month, but open to negotiation depending on the area needed and other factors.

So you mean 18 lakhs per annum. Do you think ppl would be easily able to get that much return from 3 acres ?

It all depends on how the place is utilized and is very subjective. All the infrastructure is in place, so it saves a lot of capex. And our asking price is based on the prevailing rates in and around Hyderabad, but as mentioned earlier, it’s always open for discussion.
