Farm Advice in Hassan

I have about 1 acer of land and a small house in Channarayapatna it is a town and taluka in Hassan district of Karnataka and my family stays a little far (2:30min drive to Farm).

Currently its having around 45+ Coconut Trees, but was thinking if i could start an Poultry Farming there.

Since we cant stay there regularly am planing to hire some one to take care of the poultry.

But I have zero knowledge about the farming. And i am coming back to India for a month next month and was working to set things before i leave.

And i seek your expert advice to make a fruitful use of the land have invested in.
