I have 10 acres land in Punjab. We are self employed in Real Estate. The money generated from Lease agreements hardly make any affect to our pockets. We consulted some nurseries here locally, some farmers from our community and searched over internet. Everybody suggests planting Eucalyptus Tress. And claims are huge.
Want to know, does it really make sense to block the land for next 5 years, generate nothing in terms of income and plant Eucalyptus Tress?
