Drip Irrigation

Can someone let me know the various types of drip irrigation, approximate cost per acre,
where to find drip irrigation contractors/materials?
This is for drumstick and brinjal intercrop being planned in A.P.
Water source will be bore well.

The one referred to in this forum, seems to be invalid:

Dear dds,

You can try jain irrigation or netafim. The cost will be approximately 50K per acre.

The diameter of the lateral pipes, litres per hour and the distance between lateral pipes will depend on your soil type and the crops you want to grow.

You can consult the drip irrigation firms and you should visit some working drip irrigation farms to see for yourself and decide.

Drip tape will last for one or two seaons, but proper drip laterals pipes will last for 7 to 10 years.

Thanks, Mr Shan for the valuable info. I will check with Jain irrigation as we are located very close to their Chittoor office.
