Dairy Farm - buffaloes

Dear Forum Members,

We, a group of friends want to start a Dairy farm with initial 5 buffaloes. We had chosen the buffaloes instead of CB/H cows because of the
following reasons :

  1. High fat content
  2. Low maintenance
  3. Better Disease resistant
  4. cost factor

Please correct me, if we were wrong for above reasons. Also I had gone through the farmnest for required guidance, but i didn’t find much
on the dairy farms with buffaloes. Please guide us in our journey.
