My Dear Experts 
I want to buy Agricultural land in Karnataka, But my income from non agricultural source is more than 2 lakhs.
I have though of below said proposal and request one and all to put light on this.
One of my uncle is staying in Karnataka and his income is less than 2 lakhs and his dose not have any childrens. Now the question is can i buy property on his name and later on get transferred to my name as legal heir or donation from him.
