After heavy rains land on either sides of my plot is filled with water and now my borewell has been throwing water continuously without turning on the pump.
Water is coming from the hole on ground on the side of the bore well pipe. Will this damage my bore well?

Better consult a geologist. Maybe it is because of suction that water is coming out without power on.
this is an amazing sight. there are few wells in karnataka too, on the banks of river cauvery, which has this phenomenon. nothing to worry. once the ground water table subsides, it will be normal.

This may lead to deposition of silt in to the borewell. If you notice the water entering with in 60 feet from the surface you can try to insert some more casing pipes in order to cap it.
