I bought 8 acres of land in Ahmednagar district, Taluka Shevgaon with duley registration / stamp duty paid. It was barren land and i converted it after the same was planted with pomegranates on 3 acres of land. Now after 4 years I got a notice that this land is of of Varg 2.
Now this land has become non saleable… I am at a loss as to how the Govt. can decide this when they were the ones who got it registered. Is there any way or anyone faced this before and whats the way to convert it to VARG 1 again? Or can i sell this land as i am really frustrated knocking all the doors which ever i could till date but to no avail.
