Hi, planning to buy a half an acre land in Holiday Valley Denakanikotai at 630 sq. Feet, it’s an agricultural land, is this a good deal?

Land value depends on topography and quality of infrastructure and community based facilities and maintenance agreements etc….please check the prizes around and decide. If you are interested in farming too then you can do things in 0.5 acres and aswell as some people feel they need more place to explore. Space depends on your interests on what you want to achieve
