I HAVE AN 30 GUNTHAS AGRICULTURE PLOT IN THANE DISTRICT MAHARASTRA. i HAD PURCHASED THIS PIECE OF LAND FROM A 6 ACRE PLOT . AT PRESENT WE HAVE A JOINT 7/12 EXTRACT WITH MY INCLUDED AS A PART HOLDER OF 3O GUNTHAS FROM THE 6 ACRE LAND. NOW I WANT A SEPERATE 7/12 EXTRACT FOR MY 30 GUNTHAS PLOT. CAN ANY ONE TELL ME IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A SEPERATE 7/12 FOR MY SMALL PLOT
Separate 7/12 extract for land area above 20 guntas should be possible, pl speak with local talathi and also ensure that there is road access to the piece of land that you are owning. you may need to also get a govt survey to demark the boundary as soon as it is separated.
