This is Gokul from Kollegal,Mysore,Karnataka.I am in need of Good quality Teak saplings…for my organic farm…I heard Nilambur teak in good and best but where can i get good quality teak wood tree saplings …Pls help …
I am told Tissue culture teak sapplings are available at Bangalore near Magdi Road and NiceRoad junction .It is told that the harvesting can be done within 10-12 years against 30 years for normal sapplings.
However the cost is very high at Rs 200 or so.I request the experts to throw some light on this whether the high cost of Tissue culture sapplings are worth.Also the supplier has no farms or plants near Bangalore to show his claim.
