In one of my paddy field, I notice that there is reddish brown spots on the leaves.
Please advice how can I get rid of this.

See below image. If your paddy looks similar to this, then it is called leaf spot disease. a fungal infection. If the spots spread to stems there is 10% chances to survival.
Chemical solution: Spray Mancozeb every 3 days.
organic: Sour butter milk have to be kept in copper vessel for a week, mix with desi cow urine and mix with water and spray. butter milk and cow urine can be equal quantity. water have to be 1:10. spray every 3 days.
As a prevention method during cloudy days you have to spray once in a week. once they are affected the dosage increases to once in 3 days.
