Specification Sheet - How to get one?

Good morning/evening dear members. I have posted earlier that I was able to product 700 Kgs of Quinoa at my farm using Natural farming methods. Now when I try to sell it in bulk, people are asking for Specification Sheet ( Containing information like Moisture,PH levels e.t.c ) of the product I am selling . How do I get this information. Sorry I am a rookie in this matter. Any suggestions would help.

Additional questions:

  1. Can I get it organic certified now??
  2. How does this certification process work??

You can take your Quinoa sample & go to any feed & grain testing laboratory, they will test and give you the Specification Sheet in a fee from 500 to 1000 rupees for one time testing.
