Sowing Vegetables in March in Uttar Pradesh

Hi

We are planning to go organic and therefore will be growing some vegetables in some part of the farm. Can we grow following combination of plants? (By combination, I mean the companion plants)

  1. Okra and Spinach
  2. Okra and Lettuce
  3. Red Cowpea and Amaranth

Also, if you want to suggest some particular variety of plant, please do.
