Realistic expectations of lease

Hi Guru’s

I have a farm in Shamshabad close to highway in Hyderabad about 5 acres with 2 bore well’s enough water and cow’s shed with 4 cows and workers quarters with 6 rooms can be used as storage.

My question is how much can I expect if I lease per year.

In Tamilnadu, the lease rate is anywhere from 10000 Rs to 40000 Rs depending on the crop. Alternatively, ask for 1/3 of the crop profit.

To be practical you can expect between Ind Rs 1,00,000/- to Ind Rs 2,00,000/- per year for your 5 acres land with said facilities.
